The implementation of yoga can take place both in groups and alone. A training session begins with exercises, which aim to forget the everyday life and come to rest. Then follow various postures - called asanas. A known practice is for example the lotus position. Each of the combined yoga addresses different areas of the body and can breathing exercises (pranayama).

The practitioner should take the appropriate attitude for several minutes. In all the exercises all the attention is on the physical sense. At the end of a yoga session exercises are often deep relaxation.

Since each person reacts differently to yoga exercises and their sequence, is a teacher and for each of its participants a unique combination of exercises. Regular practice is the most important ingredient for a successful application of yoga. It is recommended to be performed twice daily from twenty to thirty minutes, the learned yoga exercises.
